Here's your chance to get your hands on the end of an era. The 1973 Ford Mustang was the last year for its generation, and they didn't come any lower, wider, or longer. So, when you can get it all on a V8-powerd drop-top with a true vintage style, it makes for an awesome way to enjoy classic car distinction.
She also specified a load of options including factory air conditioning, power steering, power brakes, the much desired and sought after 351 Cleveland motor and so much more. A fresh Marti Report shows the build date as 5/23/73. The owner took delivery of the car the day after it was built on 5/24/73
The original manuals, warranty card, original build sheet and several dozen receipts dating back decades are included. Still has its original FoMoCo pony color-keyed floor mats and ordered door edge guards
Inspection sticker shows last full time road use in 1977
The exterior is in very good condition and the original magnum 500-style chrome rally wheel hubcaps & BF Goodrich Radial T/As look really nice.
The convertible top is power making it easy to drop for that open air cruise!
The original 351 Cleveland 2Bbl is still in place and the entire power-train received recent servicing so you can drive and enjoy the car with no worries. It fires right up and runs & drives very well. The floor-shifted 3 speed automatic is nice and smooth. Under hood you will also find factory air conditioning power steering and power brakes making this Stang a real cruiser. The car sill has all its factory smog system in place & working properly - The factory A/C blows nice & cold -. How often do you find a documented one (original) owner unrestored survivor convertible 48-year-old Mustang for sale?
NADA shows the average retail value of this car to be $ 33,885.00 and that is before taking into consideration the ownership history, overall original unrestored condition & original paperwork that comes with the car.
